I started using Real Property Management Pinnacle after the company I was using went out of business. I was very hesitant to use a manager again but since I don’t live in state I really didn’t have a choice. From the beginning I was very impressed with their communication and professionalism. I like that I always get a live person when I call the office. I would highly recommend them as a property management company.

STAY AWAY AND RPM NORTH VALLEY WILL RIP YOU OFF $1000 IN FEES My investment property was managed by RPM North Valley and I made a big mistake. There is no customer service from their staff and you have to chase them for a response. They never return phone calls or e-mails; you have to chase them for a response. They charge a coordination fee for every repair on the property of $45 and a three monthly inspection fee of $49. BEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – RPMNV is the best property management company we have ever, and I mean ever, worked with! I mean, we don't have to worry about anything, it's all taken care of. Do you know how nice that is? It's like heaven. All I need to do is open the letter with the rent in it! What a blessing!
