I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. It has been 29 days since my appointment, and my hair and scalp still have not recovered. Since my visit, my scalp has been extremely dry and irritated, and my hair has become lifeless, difficult to manage, and is breaking much more than before. The shampoo assistant was kind, but she struggled to detangle my hair.
