RecommendedClean facility - check. Friendly staff - check. The foolish woman who came screeching into the parking lot behind me and was in a foot race to be first to the door - priceless. If people only knew how ridiculous they look. 😂
Zoom tan has taken over the market in Erie so theirs few competitors. This location has terrible service. The workers are always on the phone bc something isn't working or they have to call another store and there is never another worker. Always short staffed for the busy times. Management should ensure they have enough workers during the peak hours!
Thieves. I used to tan at Total Tan at 26th & Asbury. Bought a year package, these thieves come in and do not maintain the bulbs in the beds. Then they close the tanning spa I go to. I go to the only other spa in Erie that has beds and they told me they haven't changed the bulbs in months. I call and ask for a pro-rated refund only to be told no. Irresponsible company, take your money but do not maintain the product you are paying them to use. NEVER again. Steer clear. Go to Sun Your Buns, locally owned and much better beds ... read more
