I’ve been a loyal customer at this tanning salon for six years, but after today, I canceled my membership and will never return. The salon closes at 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. I arrived at 4:51 PM, something I’ve done before with zero issues. I’m always polite, quick, and out the door right at closing time.
