JJ very informative. Very patient. He answered all of our many questions. JJ let us have time to decide which package works best for us. I love the philosophy of zoom room. Positive reinforcement. Dog fits into our life. Wonderful orientation.

Sarah has been great! Especially patient with the ‘hooman’ element and the dogs love her!
Small but clean facility and experience and flexible administrative procedures. They run on time and have owners keep dogs leashed during classes so late people and hyper dogs don't disrupt others. Not the greatest technique for reactive/aggressive dogs. Sarah is an excellent trainer.
