Online drawings give wrong measurements they won't correct them. You have to remake components and waste money because they can't or don't want to correct drawings.
Their math does not add up. Parts are not being made to the proper sizes because they are giving improper sizes. To the customers you can find all the drawings on there website to see. Horrible bed system if you double check their blueprints or schematics on their website, and you double check all their measurements, they are off and won't actually work. The customer service is off the charts for these guys! We have had our Zoombed for quite a few years and two times I have called about an issue. Both times they have gone above and beyond to help us including sending parts ASAP. Thank you for showing what customer service should be! Congrats!
Hi Guys: A note of thanks for the quick and efficient response for the repair I needed to my Zoom Room bed . I've had the Zoom bed for 9 years in a pool house I built in Miami. Never had a problem until my grandchildren had a " party "on it! Thank you Luke for taking care of the repair. Amazing that the Zoom bed worked so well for so long without a problem. Even after the grandchildren's abuse, it required only minor work to repair it.
