I advise avoiding this business at all costs. When I called to schedule an appointment for a drain field inspection and possible hydro jetting, I was informed that they do not provide that service. However, recent reviews indicate otherwise. This inconsistency reflects very poorly on their business practices.
I’ve been using Juan for several years without any complaints, but my last experience with him and his crew left me let-down. One of the bathrooms in our house kept giving us issues and Juan said he would install a “clean-out” where I would be able to service it myself in the future. Juan sent his guys over and they installed a clean-out nowhere near the bathroom, in fact it was installed about 50 feet away from the bathroom and right next to an existing clean-out.
