RecommendedI accidentally threw my wallet away when cleaning out my car and did not realize it till a couple hours later, I went back and they had already throw the trash out. The employee, Nicholas did not hesitate to help me and jumped inside the trash bin, dug through the trash and found my wallet. He was so kind and selfless and I appreciate him helping me. Great employee and the car wash is great too!
I paid $15 for a car wash that didn’t clean the back of my vehicle. For $15 I expect more. From brake light to brake light it look as if it wasn’t washed at all.
It’s cool but the staff needs attitude adjustment. 2 of the guys and the young girl are really nice but the others just give off that vibe that makes you wanna cancel and go to the car spa across the street. Just saying
I have heard too many horror stories about them causing harm to vehicles.

On September 28th at approximately 12:45, I decided to get my 2017 Dodge Ram truck washed at the new Zoom Car Wash on Bay Area Blvd. in Webster Tx. I pulled up to the automated car wash selector and chose the $12.00 wash. Very friendly staff, love the ultimate wash plan.
Let me preface that I’m super picky about where i take my truck. Only automated wash I’ve found that doesn’t leave spots if I don’t have time to finish drying it. And the free vacuum bays are super wide, unlike other washes around here! And the wash does a great job at cleaning the crud off. You get a free wipey for your dash and the associates working are all super nice. They also don’t give me a hard time about my hitch. I even cancelled my membership at another local wash and got one here.
