Walked into the shop on 01/30 @ 10am ish. while it was pouring rain. The store was almost empty. I politely asked for pricing on a few flowers and after answering two, the employee completely ignored me while continuing another conversation. I stood there for several minutes with no eye contact or acknowledgment. When I asked again, I was told “I’m speaking with her.” Shockingly rude and unprofessional. The best flowers in Miami. They have a great selection and everyone is always very helpful. Des is so helpful and makes beautiful bouquets. Anytime I need flowers, this is my go to spot!
This is my favourite place to buy flowers from right now. I found it accidentally couple months ago and have been buying from here every couple weeks since because I’m the kind of person that always has fresh flowers on the table. I get all my flowers from here and Desiree always makes the most beautiful bouquets and is so sweet. Definitely keeps me coming back!!
