The flowers are always great and the people at Midtown Florist are always super helpful and creative. But today was the 1st time I ordered online for delivery and It went well and they delivered in about 2 HOURS! I foresee using Zoom Bloomz for many upcoming apologies lol
BUYER BEWARE. If you purchase online, there is a hidden $3.15 charge that is not listed on checkout page. This is not the end of the world, but when I went to communicate the problem, the owner quickly canceled my order and refunded me. It was like I dealt with a five year old that got offended. I already had told my girlfriend to pick up the order and everything and they canceled on me and ghosted me and wouldn’t pick up my call. It was a huge problem. Incredibly unprofessional… so beware when dealing with this company.
Such a chic flower boutique! I really enjoyed the build your own flower bundles. Dez was so sweet and made the experience truly easy and enjoyable.
Alejandra was amazing and had such an eye for bouquets! She was super helpful and passionate! Go to her for your bouquets!
