Let me tell you I have never been treated with more respect than with Joe at Zooom auto in Buckhannon WV! He worked with us so we could afford to help our daughter buy a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy (like at other places I’ve been to) . If you need a car this is the first place you should go to and talk with Joe! Financing was a breeze and affordable! If your are thinking of buying a car at zoom auto in Buckhannon West Virginia I’d highly suggest you don’t. My mom got a truck their took it home and lights came on. When she contacted them they told her nothing they can do she had to turn it into the warranty. This truck had lights come on before it ever made it home. Now the truck hasn’t ran and been in the shop and she’s been without a vehicle over a week now and they wouldn’t even do as much as loan her a car. The vehicle I got a year ago September has been drivable about 4 months the entire time I’ve had it and had spent the rest of the time in the shop and now has to go back to the shop once again
