My daughter had MULTIPLE apts they had to reschedule. Most were cleanings which isn't a huge deal but each time we had to reschedule for another 3 months out! She didn't have a cleaning once there cause they all got rescheduled. She had an urgent apt for a gum infection and they even rescheduled that. I didn't find them friendly or helpful and I'm not a dentist but I didn't feel like I trusted thier treatment plans. Found Deschutes pediatrics and they are amazing. So helpful and friendly. I felt the whole experience was fantastic! My son was so at ease and comfortable with the tech and the dr it was perfect! The whole staff from front desk down to billing really made our experience one of a kind, enjoyable, and even EASY, which with a 3 yr old is not always accomplished. I would definitely recommend Zooka! to others looking for a dentist!
My son Boston is very shy and every single time we go to Zooka they break him out of his shell. That is not easily done. Jenn is always so amazing when working in my baby boy I couldnât be more appreciative of the entire Zooka staff! Thank you Zooka for always making us feel welcomed and comfortable!
