I would give zero stars if that were an option. I had trouble with an on-line order, was charged twice and sent two units (I only want one). I have called and emailed since the end of December, and I can not get a person on the phone. I have left at least 10 messages. I have not received a return call or return email even though I have been trying for over a MONTH now. According to their website they will NOT accept a return without a return authorization code but I can not get anyone to give me the code. I don't know what t... read more
