The worst car wash and worst customer service!
Never will I come back here. I have never seen such a disgusting display of “customer service”. The gal guiding vehicles into the wash visibly had an attitude before I even pulled up. Scowl on her face. Eyes rolling. Demanded I take the ice scraper out of my truck (which mind you has lived in that same spot for 3 years through MANY car washes) which whatever. Signed up for the special through T Mobile for 3 months car washes and for a sticker for our windshield. The second time we tried to go through, it took the workers 10 plus minutes to find us in the system, even with the sticker. Update! Love the convenience and how quick you truly Zip through!! Also, the quality of the wasg has not been good. Gone through twice and both times there were a bunch of spots left unclean on our SUV body and on the windshield. For the price, the deal can't be beat but once our three months is up ... read more
