I received mixed reviews from my friends and family so I decided to try them out. Good prices, good turnaround time and an app to track my items. GREAT! Then they did what my MIL said and lost one of my favorite outfits. I've called three times and was told they were checking cameras and someone would call me back. it's been WEEKS and I keep being told someone will call me back. Now I'm about to travel and I'm not sure where to take my clothes. So disappointed!!!!
Great shot, avoid College Park, Maryland location!!!!. These people are 1000 times better.
I asked for my for a light starch but were heavily starched. I don’t even if can wear these shirts after paying $15 for 5 shirts cleaning
They told me I could pick up my clothes the same day and I was shocked. Please give the workers gloves to wear…it’s not sanitary for them to touch worn/dirty clothes
