Polite and fast
Great service.
This place was great a year ago, but I’m not sure if the ownership has changed or if they are hiring inexperienced staff. Unfortunately, every garment I’ve taken there recently has come back either stained or torn. When I spoke with the manager, she took no responsibility for the damage and did nothing to resolve the situation. On my last visit, she even claimed that my clothes were already stained before I brought them in, which was simply not true. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this business. At your Lanham store I was rudely asked to sign 10 slips to be held Norma responsible for damages to my clothes, which is not the case at other Zips stores. The managers attitude towards non Spanish speaking customers is the worst, especially customer service
