Prompt, courteous service like you expect from the top dry cleaner in the area.
Stood in line for 30 minutes to pick up two coats. I know I paid $7 but I would LOVE to see the employees moving faster than an irritated 6 year old dragging their feet to do the dishes instead of watching cartoons. I know I came on a Saturday (popular day), but watching the two cashiers moving at snails pace while the line is wrapped around the lobby in a confusing way has made this the worst 30 minutes ever. I'll be going to the College Park location instead, this is just not okay. Lanham residents deserve better.
Employees were courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the how my items were cleaned.
