Very bad customer service, they will spoil your cloth and also don’t care about how you feel most especially a staff called Esterfany R.
Zips has always been known for good work on casual wear, not good on stains or your finer pieces of clothing. Other wise they are the best for quick laundry cleaning .!
The option to have your dry clean delivered is awesome and very convenient. I love it!!!
