RUDE. They don't greet their customers, and they have no concept of customer service whatsoever. They're all rude and act like they hate being there. I don't spend my money in places that treat their customers like they're an inconvenience.
Will refuse items that you want cleaned because they are too dirty? Only go for shirts and sweaters- useless service otherwise
