Bree was so helpful on my visit very kind and soft talking. I was hesitant to get a wash that had tire shine because the last wash I went to it slung it alllll over my vehicle. She assured me that this location doesn’t have that issue and explained the other options as well. I ended up doing the $24 wash and was VERY pleased with my experience.

I’m beyond frustrated with Zips Car Wash. This is now the SECOND time I’ve tried to use my Rewards points, and right when I’m at the gate, their app fails and the redeemed wash simply doesn’t show up. I’ve already lost TWO Premier washes because of this. And what happens next? Since you’re already there, you feel pushed to just pay again. Not today. I refused to fall for this again.
