Paid for the $12 wash came out pulled over to the vacuum got out of the car was going to dry down the car and I saw the tires were still dirty ? I go up to the glass office and the guy who charged my CC asked if I had a problem I said yes, as a matter fact, my tires are still dirty. He replies, well you only paid for soap and water ? Isn’t a car wash supposed to wash your car? This car wash deserves a one star review. Won’t be back

Came out of the car wash missing my passenger side mirror. A worker found it and put it back on for me temporarily until I could get a new one that wasn't all cracked up. He wrote up a damage report and I just received an email from the company stating they wouldn't replace it because they have a sign saying they don't have to. Also, this was very overpriced at $12 for a basic wash, and nothing worked right - vacuums were terrible and rug machines were down.
