George gave Excellent Customer Service. He was both Friendly and very professional.
Came out of the car wash missing my passenger side mirror. A worker found it and put it back on for me temporarily until I could get a new one that wasn't all cracked up. He wrote up a damage report and I just received an email from the company stating they wouldn't replace it because they have a sign saying they don't have to. Also, this was very overpriced at $12 for a basic wash, and nothing worked right - vacuums were terrible and rug machines were down.
