I went here for my birthday and the service was awlfull the employees were just standing around like they were lost an then when we got our food it was cold and under cooked or over cooked n then i had to get up and get our silver weato eat with ,,,it was awlfull ill NEVER eat there again and i sure dont recommend this place
Overall service and food is outstanding. Actual waitress was very friendly. The one who brought drinks could have been a little better, but she was young and still has time to learn. Would go back there and eat again. Food was very tasty.
Don't know who's running this place now, but Ralph would be turning over in his grave to see how run down everything has become. Service is slow and the new hires don't seem to care. I stopped going there after having problems with orders and service.
Went to eat here today. We waited an hour for our food, my fries were cold and my chicken tenders were dry as a bone. My dad's food was not to par either. Service was terrible as well. After receiving our food no-one checked up on us at all.
The food is good but some of the staff will lie straight to your face. No firearms is fine....but it must remain posted at every entrance. And "someone took it down" doesn't work.
