Slow on service food is not that great 👍

Best breakfast in the world
after over 30 years in the service industry this place took the trophy for worse service ever. 45 minutes for a daily special which we all know was already cooked at waiting on a hot bar. To make matters worse when we complained the "manager " cried and called the police. fyi they were not at all busy when we were there. horrible is all I can say about that place !
I had never been to zippers and thought I would try them out. We ordered cheeseburgers and 40 minutes still had not received our burgers. We watched other people come in after us and order burgers and they got theirs. So we decided to leave without getting our order. I was disappointed in the service and do not plan to go back. And the sad part no one even apologized when we brought it to their attention.
They need to be more aware of their customers. They should know right away when someone comes in and sits down and go straight to that table and wait on them. They need to quit ignoring women (middle age / older) who come in to eat by themselves. I've watched these waitress' trip over themselves to wait on a man sitting by himself and ignore a woman by herself. This is not good business because guess what a woman's money is just as good as a man's money.☹️

i ordered a sausage and cheese omlet. it was suppose to come with a side, so i chose country ham. the total was 9.50. i paid 9.50 for the sorriest looking omlet with square cheese ive ever seen. im not sure if the owner knows a lot of people, or if its bc they serve alcohol, but the food looks and taste like a child made it. i also had plastic stuck to some of my ham. it was brown and looked like its been there for a while, but that isnt a big deal. it was the 1st time ive ever tried this place, and i was very excited. i thi... read more
