Waited over an hour past my appt time and saw multiple walk ins who came in after me, go back before me. Unprofessional and dirty place. Don’t recommend
If you could put zero stars I would, Nurse practitioner Michaela Johnson argued with me about whether my child had a fever or not. My child had a fever rectally of 102.8 in office but nurse practitioner said that it was false because her head thermometer didnt show that. She also refused to test my child for Strep after I requested and somehow on the discharge paperwork it says she tested and it was negative, that is false charting and false billing to my insurance. The provider was so caring and explained everything. I really like her. The staff there was very friendly.
