Staff was very friendly and service quick!
The two ladies at the front determined that they were inadequate to help before seeing the injury. A cut on the toe that need to be cleaned. Inconsiderate and incompassionate.
This clinic used to be good but in the past few years they seem determined to be as unhelpful as possible. It's under 5 mins from my house, but the last few times I've gone there, I've been reminded that going elsewhere is 100% worth the drive. You'd expect healthcare workers to have better standards for themselves when dealing with people's health and well-being, but this place is a stark reminder that they're just as human as the DQ workers next door (yet you can expect the latter to actually do their job).
I had scheduled an appointment only to get there and was turned away first thing came out of her mouth was she do not have a xray machine and we don’t give out medication!!! I can’t believe she said and why!!
