My Benz stopped on mile marker 38. Called Zip and George told be where to find a reliable tow company. He waited after closing for the tow company to arrive w my car. The Next day he called me w an update. He couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me anything. My car has been running fine, ever since. Not a problem. We think it may have been a computer malfunction. Someone else would have charged me a grand and did nothing. This is only place n the Keys that I will take my car for service.

Manager/owner? approached my car while I was adjusting grandchild's car seat and demanded that I move my car, saying that I couldn't park in his lot. I was not going to park. He began yelling that his lot was not for the shop next door. He began raving at us moving closer, in a threatening manner, scaring my daughter and grandchildren.
