Amazing Family Oriented location , doctors are super knowledgeable and take their time with giving care. I made this place my primary care . Even the Front desk receptionist treat you like family.

I’m writing this because while Dr. Hagans is an excellent, attentive physician, the administrative side of this practice is the most unprofessional I have encountered in D.C. My wife and I both had physicals here on March 24th, and the experience with the support staff was a disaster from the start. First, the entry process is bizarre—you have to call a number on the door to be let in, and they often don't answer on the first or second call.
