Amazing Family Oriented location , doctors are super knowledgeable and take their time with giving care. I made this place my primary care . Even the Front desk receptionist treat you like family.

I’m writing this because while Dr. Hagans is an excellent, attentive physician, the administrative side of this practice is the most unprofessional I have encountered in D.C. My wife and I both had physicals here on March 24th, and the experience with the support staff was a disaster from the start. First, the entry process is bizarre—you have to call a number on the door to be let in, and they often don't answer on the first or second call. The big picture is, although the doctor is great, the office staff are rude and incompetent. I was ignored, condescended to, hung up on and over charged. Let's start at just getting into the office. You have to call a phone number posted on the door for someone to let you in and they do not always answer when you call. I had to call multiple times to get someone to let me in.
