On 4/29/25 I saw a Facebook post on bathroom remodeling so I inquired about it and received an immediate response from Zintex. It intrigued me more when they informed us they could send a Rep the next day. Tom came to our house on 4/30 and took measurements to convert from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower and thoroughly explained their product and the process of a replacement install. We were very disappointed in the final results. The raised curb pan has very wide curb which makes a reduced floor area, had we known we would have ordered a larger pan. The shower grab bar is much larger than we thought it would be. We were never shown an actual dimensioned drawing of the final layout for review. The technician did a great job, but was sabotaged by over crowded stuff on the shower wall. We felt this was a squander of our hard earned money.
After having various companies give estimates, we liked Zintex. Tyler did a great job of explaining the process to us. Dawn kept the communication open. Letting us know when the materials came in. We even moved the installation to a week earlier!! Polo did a very professional job. He kept us informed on the progress. He gave my husband advice to help him finish the remodeling of our bathroom.

The installer showed up promptly and was shown the location for the shower to be installed. Talked over a few details and he got on with demolition of old tub and preparing for walk-in shower base and sides. Contacted later for locations of handrails shelves and shower head, when those were located left again. Called at end of installation to inspect shower everything was clean and put away and it was nice to see the shower with the colors that we had picked out looking beautiful.
