I have been extremely happy with Dr. Zinis and his staff.
My husband almost DIED after the careless and highly unprofessional care he received from Dr. Yani Zinis. Dr. Zinis failed to return multiple phone calls from my husband begging Dr. Zinis to review his MRI. Had Dr. Zinis reviewed the MRI, he would have found a raging infection that required immediate attention. Dr. Zinis's ineptitude caused the infection to become quite advanced and my husband required a 2 week hospital stay and still has lingering issues.

We are sorry this occurred. We were not aware that you had been trying to contact us. We do the best that we can to inform a patient of abnormalities in a scan. When a patient is not reachable and does not set a follow-up appointment, we have difficulty in conveying information to them. If we advise a patient to contact us if a condition worsens, and they do not, there is little we can do. We care about our patient and hope your husband continues to get well.
He was great, knew my problem right away where others didn't know.
