We have to come to Ann Arbor once every year. We try to eat at Zingermans if possible. Ayah served us. She was happy, fun and a great waitress! We had Patty melt and a cheeseburger. The iced tea was awesome. Thanks for a great meal!
The food and service were amazing. Call ahead though as they are very busy! I loved the kale and pine nut salad and the rockin' root beer was a hit!

The food is supposed to come on CLEAN plates, not dirty ones.

My first time here, was not impressed. Service is slow food is bland and overpriced. 21 dollars for 4 pcs bland chicken. I won't be coming back.

Unfortunately we didn't like it! Jeff's ribs were tough & grizzly & my pulled pork sandwich was dry & over spiced. Don't think we will be going back.

I just love the atmosphere and the food is awesome and so is the waitresses always friendly and prompt;)
Absolutely my favorite place to eat. Everything I've tried has been good, staff is friendly too. Can be a bit of a wait at peak times but it's always worth it!

Probably more like 4 1/2 stars. It's always busy, a bit pricey but worth it most of the time. Their special events are often amazing and unique. Worth a try especially on half price wine nights!
