So much attention is given to EVERY single item on the menu. No sauce or side goes overseen. Classic Zingerman's.
Dinner tonight at the Roadhouse was over the top -- ribs best ever and swordfish stew simply amazing. Great to see you, Ari. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.
Picked up breakfast this morning after spending the night at the hospital with my daughter...way..way Overcooked doughnuts (see picture) and a forgotten diez y uno burrito from my order. Didn't discover the overcooked doughnuts and missing burrito till I got home in Canton. Very disappointed after spending $31.95 plus tip for the drive thru crew...at least the bagels were good. I'd like a refund on the forgotten burrito and doughnuts.

We stopped by for breakfast and were sooo pleased! Everything was delicious and the severs were friendly and polite.
Truly enjoyed our dinner tonight at Zingerman's Roadhouse and the service was amazing!! We shared the Curried Goat and the BBQ ribs. Both meals, including the sides, were very, very good. Our server, Amy R, made us feel like rock stars. Even Ari spent a ton of time with us. I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much!!!
Some of the best food I've ever eaten! From the breakfast to lunch/dinner entrees. Love the diverse options and use of natural/organic ingredients. Will be back!
I wasn't pleased with the bun for my chicken bbq sandwich. The waitress noticed I put it aside. Rather than ignoring it, she insisted on replacing it with another bread. I was thrilled. It was delicious. I'll be eating here again!

I'm so disappointed! We ordered the pork sandwich 15$ the size of a small burger at wendys. The bun was rOck hard we couldn't even bite trough it. I sent back the bun that's when they returned with a stale bun that crumbled in my hands. I was told everyone complains about the burger buns because the are stale and rock hard.Hey zinger man's you are known for your bread! Get it together!! Stale is stale!! It was my first time there. John was an excellent and knowledgeable server who helped us make our decisions. I had the special of blackened beef tips in creole mac n cheese....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I lived closer! Definitely in the top 5 restaurant meals I've ever had.
