Amazing service and food quality... from the moment you enter the place!! The smells are amazing!! The hostess was so friendly and inviting. The food... Huge portions and absolutely delicious food. Everything was so fresh and you could tell extremely high quality. All housemade or locally sourced. Great vegetarian options as well!! Wait staff was excellent and very helpful with suggestions. RIBS- FUCK YEAH!! Free refills on my friends fries that came with her sandwich, and free refills on the mashed potatoes that came with my ribs too? As if we needed more reasons to want to eat here. Zingerman’s never disappoints!!

Service was pretty bad. We had a party of eight so the gratuity was automatically added to the check so the server pretty much ignored us. Also the prices were very high for what we got. $28 per person for 4 hamburgers and 4 Mac and cheese. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant

As an Ann Arborite, I recall when Zingerman's was Diroff's Market. I recall when Bill Knapp's transitioned to Zingerman's Roadhouse. Of course, I have enjoyed many a fabulous meal at both locations. I am writing today out of disappointment. Perhaps once a month for 4-5 years, my girlfriend and I have met at ZR for breakfast. Each of us would order the Omelette for $11.50. It included often 2 pieces of toast, butter, cherry preserves, and a mound of sweet potato fries w sauce for an extra dollar. Today, that omelette was $15.... read more

First impression walking in was amazing, with smiling faces to greet us. The waiter was amazing. Overall food and service was amazing. Would recommend to any and everyone.
Walked in on Easter Sunday without a reservation. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Quality of food was excellent.
