My wife and I have been to Zingari several times. We had an important business dinner and chose Zingari based on our past dinning experiences. We asked for a quiet table when we made the reservation.They totally took care of us from the memo net that we stepped into the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and all of us enjoyed the food. The table they picked for us was perfect for the discussion that we were having.

We had apps and drinks at the bar one night before returning to the hotel. They advertise a happy hour which looks very reasonable and the food we had was delicious. It's the hotel restaurant/bar for the Donatello, so you'll have to deal with the hotel crowd late night.

We stayed a week at the Westin St Francis right on Union Square.... and after a full day of "shop till ya drop" it was 9.30pm and we needed dinner, so we walked one block from the hotel to Zingari. I wasn't expecting too much here I'll be honest, but after we ordered our food, we were blown away! Yep it's great quality, pure italian, you can't fault it! Our best night out while visiting San Francisco. Pre dinner cocktails with live jazz was a lovely way to start our evening. Melt in your mouth pasta, friendly and efficient service and a warm atmosphere made our dinner experience wonderful, followed by more after dinner cocktails and jazz. A great night, and we highly recommend this gem!

We chose this restaurant because it was located in our hotel. Had lobster ravioli with all the trimmings. Excellent service, great service! We made reservations! Good place to dine

Lovely place and fine service. I had the risotto which was delicious. My wife had the ravioli which was also very good. We had an excellent meal and enjoyed the ambience. The manager even came to check if everything was fine. We payed almost 80 dollar for two pasta's, a bottle of water, a glass of wine, a thea and a coffee. Not the cheapest place to eat, but we found it worth the price.
