My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely meal here for her 29th birthday. I made reservations because we were in the city and this looked like a classy Italian place with live music. It did not disappoint. We shared a lobster ravioli special in a vodka sauce and calamari. Two side salads with a balsamic. And moscow mules afterwards in the lounge with live music from the piano and a trio playing. It was lovely. A great memory!
This was unexpectedly delicious! My friends and I went here and they were very helpful with one girl who was on crutches. The tomatoes in our appetizers were fresh and the mussels delicious. The ravioli was homemade. The waiter gave us free dessert saying "young people have to take advantage of dessert." I will definitely go back!

Nice ambiance and staff. I heard a great news on Friday and decided to celebrate by myself. I stopped by Zingari for happy hour but ended up staying through dinner. Since I was dining alone, I sat at the bar. The bartender was so sweet and kept me company until the bar was full. The whole experience was unforgettable. The service was very attentive and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The food was incredible the flavors were exquisite and presentation was absolutely beautiful. The ambiance was lovely as well. There was a piano player playing melodies when we arrived and about halfway through our dinner a man joined him singing. His voice was great and the music was soft and perfect for the atmosphere. The wild boar ossobucco was outstanding. Service and ambience were excellent. Don't let the fact that it is in a hotel deter you.
Predictably outstanding in all aspects, as usual, as well as reasonably priced for the location.
The mushroom soup was an outstanding appetizer and the seafood risotto was excellent. The risotto was properly cooked and was very flavorful. I highly recommend this Union Square gem. I will definitely return the next time I am in the City.
