I called Zin nails yesterday at 4:38pm and asked if they took walk ins. She asked what I was wanting (just a gel manicure), put me on hold for a while and came back and said ‘yes’. I show up 15 minutes later and noticed the ‘open’ sign was not on. I walk in and saw that there was only one person in the building, sitting behind the counter. She says hello - very friendly. First of all, called them and ask if they take walk in and they said yes and I said how long they said a couple minutes and I get there and there was only one nail tech and she said it will be couple mins and she had 3 clients before me and she had a new trainer and was very mean and disrespectful to her she was great felt bad for her then we sit there for 1hr and she first finally put me in a pedi bowl chair and has me wait for another 2hrs my water was cold and I was ready to leave and I told the new trainer and she said s... read more

10/10 all around my favorite nail salon!!! Zin is so talented and her personality is great! She did the absolute most on my nails and I love it! The price was great considering quality and the sheer volume of everything done. In essence she cooked and i won’t be going anywhere else ever again <3
