One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Service was excellent, room standards were second to none! So chilled, such a cool, funky hotel that is surfer themed! We stayed as part of our honeymoon and the team treated us to wine and chocolate strawberries, such a great surprise! Free and wine and beer at happy hour, bicycles, and morning coffee - awesome! Would definitely come back!
$600 for an overnight stay. In total my stay was only six hours long. In other reviews I’ve made; I’ve been told by the owner himself that I must have mistaken his resort for another and it’s perfectly fine to use their lobby to charge my cellphone and drink water. I’ve gone back in person simply to just charge my phone, to check some hiking directions (I walked from Malibu to San Clemente on foot straight down PCH.) Really enjoyed our stay and the staff really makes you feel very comfortable. Very accommodating and loved the location! Will be staying here in the future. Can’t say enough about how close everything was from parking, restaurants, shopping, and the beach!
Great hotel, staff, location... everyone is very welcoming and the environment is upbeat and sociable. Child and pet friendly as well as romantic and intimate. Definitely suggest staying because you are a blocks walk from everything. 10 stars if I could
Staff were great, room was great, bathroom was great, televisions are awesome, public spaces were terrific, location was nice and evening social hour was perfect. Downfalls were not having room ready until 4pm, which is late compared to others who have always exceeded expectations and there is no coffee in the room. Went down to the lobby before leaving and the two coffee pots were empty.
We love this hotel. We stay there frequently with our son and dog. They are completely dog friendly...including dog beds and room service for dogs. It is about a mile from Dog Beach. They have great family amenities including foosball, ping pong, and s’mores every night. The wine hour it great. They have bikes abs boogy boards for guests to use. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s our favorite beach hotel.
This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The decor is contemporary & beautiful both in the lobby and the room. Free bike and beach chair rentals. Delicious free cold brew coffee available, free s’mores at night, free wine happy hour, & free lawn games! And to top it all off the every single employee was so kind and accommodating! Location was perfect, so close to the beach & the pier. I will absolutely be coming back.
