I saw Dr. Zimmer in 2014. He did foot surgeries on both feet, toe corrections. I'm now seeing another foot specialist who I totally trust to fix Zimmer's mistakes! I've met other people who had surgery by him, they are also seeking corrections due to his surgeries. No recommendation from me!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Zimmer. He really impressed me in that he had clearly spent time reading my medical history and my charts before my office visit. He spent time with me explaining my options, he was totally focused on giving me the information I needed and he listened to all of my questions and answered everything I needed to know, he was very thorough and knowledgable. I was also very impressed with his office staff. They are kind, very capable and helpful. Five stars plus.

I work in construction, fell fifteen feet straight down onto a concrete pad while setting windows in a snowstorm. In retrospect it was not a good idea, but at the time it was necessary. At the time Dr. Zimmer commented it was the worst heel fracture he had seen. The good doctor installed a plate and nine screws in my heel; a bone the size of a golf ball. While he cautioned me recovery may not be complete. I walk, I work, and I'm grateful every day for his knowledge and expertise. T Stanley

Excellent diagnostician. Excellent surgeon-he cleaned up my messed up ankle -did not recommend fusion. Thank goodness. I was 73 years old- another surgeon recommended fusion based on my age! Not dr Zimmer -he was great! Three years later - still doing great.
