Grateful for Dr. Chris and team for such a pleasant experience today. From check in to check out and everything in between staff was knowledgeable and kind. I came with my 16 year old son for a check up and cleaning. The process was seamless and we were informed of each step along the way. We definitely will return in 6 months and for all of our dental needs for the remainder of our time in North County.
My wife has been going to Packard Dental for a few years and I finally went for my first time recently. Where do I start?!? From the moment you walk in you are greeted by an incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist. The attention to detail and care that the dental hygienists have is second to none, and Dr. Matt Packard took a good amount time getting to know me personally and my dental history. I highly recommend their services.
Had my first appointment with new hygienist Laura today (great name by the way). Incredibly thorough & gentle, but diligent about removing stubborn buildup around the gum line. Particularly impressed by her ability to narrate during the cleaning so I knew exactly what she was doing & why it was important. This office is awesome from check in to check out. Everyone there has a positive attitude and they are very good at what they do. They gave me a tour of the office and whole facility and explained everything in detail about everything they can do there and just make sure you are comfortable. From start to finish this has bin the best experience at a dentist office I’ve had. I would highly recommend the Packard Dental services to everyone.
