First time patient. Chose them after my insurance changed and they are near my house, they also have great reviews. Everyone was super friendly upon entering the doors. Karen, Dr. Matt and Lisa were all wonderful to interact with and I felt like a long time patient. I’ve had bad experiences with dentist in the past, so I appreciate the modesty, thoroughness and honesty during my visit. I felt like I was in good hands and the anxiety of going back is gone.
There is good service, and then there is Packard Service. I am just sorry it took so long to find this level of patient quality. They are truly THE BEST.

I have been coming to Packard Dental since the early 60's -- Dr. Floyd was my first dentist there. I have always had a good experience at Packard and I have recommended several to Packard and they are as happy as I am.
You make dental visits so easy and enjoyable. Love the TV on the ceiling which allows me to catch up. Tiffany is amazing and I love catching up with her too. And the front office staff is so friendly! I miss you Dr. Mark but your son is doing beautifully!

Phenomenal. I say this each and every time I have an appointment at Packard Dental. I have been to many dental offices in my life; Packard is the finest. Everyone I have met is professional, friendly, caring. My hygienist has taken time to know me. She is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and takes a genuine interest in my care.
Packard Dental professionally takes care of all my dental needs. My 6 month checkup was completed by Alexa, my hygienist, and Dr. Matt. Together they assessed my problems, and decided on a treatment plan. Great teamwork and my teeth feel great!
