We always have a great experience at Packard Dental! Kendra is our hygienist and she is the best — so knowledgeable and always makes us feel right at home. Our family sees both Dr Matt and Dr Jared and feel they’re equally great. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!
Packard Dental is an amazing experience from the moment you walk in. From the staff to the upscale ambiance. When you walk in the front desk staff is friendly and engaging. My first appointment was right on time (so refreshing considering most doctors are usually slightly behind), Matt was upbeat and honestly excited to check on my teeth. Greeted with warm, kind smiles and check in was a breeze. When called back as a 'New Patient' Jessica gave me a little tour of their offices, and shared more about the services they offer. Once seated, she raised my chair and encouraged me to enjoy the ocean views in the distance. Recognizing I had mild anxiety about my visit, she went above & beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout.
