I have been a patient of Packard Dental for over 8 years and my experiences have always been better than exceptional. The entire staff is over the top professional, great interpersonal skills and go out of their way to insure exceptional patient care.
All staff members were lovely to speak with. My hygienist, Kendra was excellent. Very happy experience.
This is the best dentist I’ve been too. Despite not having an appointment they squeezed me in due to the pain of a broken molar. The professionalism was great all of the staff and customer care blew me away, they always made sure I wasn’t in pain and communicated everything very clearly to me, I will be making this my primary dentist.
Tiffany is my hygienist. She takes time to explain what she will do, my options for treatment and recommendations. She is always as gentle as possible and seems to really care.
As always Dr.Matt and his team rocked my experience!
Packard Dental is absolutely fabulous! Alexa, the dental hygienist is fantastic. She is personable, professional and nice! She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend that you go see Alexa for a teeth cleaning.
Packard Dental is fabulous. From the moment you walk through the door you are met with friendliness and efficiency! Everyone is professional and friendly. They make your visit as pleasant as possible! I highly recommend them.
Tiffany cleaned my teeth and she is wonderful. She's good at keeping up a one-sided conversation to take my mind off what's she's doing. She's gentle and does a great job. My teeth are squeaky clean.
