I recently purchased a used BMW from the Zimbrick Eastside location and the purchase of the car was great. The sales man was not pushy and worked with me on the price so I am happy about that portion of my purchase. However I am very disappointed that after only a couple thousand miles after the purchase I have to replace my brakes. They told me when I purchased the car that their mechanics look over the car prior to selling them but any good mechanic would be able to tell that the brake pads were almost shot. Purchased a Certified 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe from Zimbrick Hyundai East in May 2017 and I couldn't be happier. Great vehicle, great customer service. When I came in to pick it up and to sign the paperwork it was all finished and ready to go, all I had to do was sign, very impressed at how fast the paperwork was. What really topped it off was the vehicle only came with 1 key and they are very expensive keys because they need to be laser cut and programmed. I was travelling through the USA on my way from Western Canada to Maritime Canada in my 2016 Tucson. A warning light came on. I needed to take it to a dealer. I arrived at Zimbrick Eastside, without advance notice. They got me into service and got me on my way ASAP. It was outstanding! Warranty work on an out of country car??? No problem here. Thanks a lot .
We were on our way from Iowa to Sheboygan when our van suddenly lost power and became unresponsive. Although the van is a Chrysler, we also own a Hyundai Sonata. We were due in Sheboygan for a 7 PM school concert, and it was about 4:30. Seeing the Zimbrick Hyundai sign, I managed to pull in there. They could not have treated us any better!
