Utterly disappointed in the lack of honesty in the service department. Twice in 6 months they have tried to have me replace or fix a part that needs no such thing. I actually started writing dates myself with a silver sharpie on things I replaced to have proof. I just saved myself $600 today by taking my Enclave elsewhere for a second opinion on repair. The part I was told by Zimbrick needed replacement was and is perfectly fine. They have lost my trust and the business of my family and hopefully anyone else who I can spread... read more
