I bought my 2014 GMC Terrain here and the salesman was awesome everybody there is so friendly. Since then I've always had the oil change done here. They always give me a ride to work and they're always very pleasant. They clean my car on the outside and it comes back looking so sharp. That's the good news, the bad news is... I have been using zimbrick west as my service place and Jon Wirth has been wonderful so when I was in an accident my first thought was zimbrick. After my car was totaled, Jon recommended I talk to James Skolaski in sales. He even told him what I liked in a car and had some picked out for me that he thought I might like! It didn't take me long to find my car! Zimbrick really does treat you like friends and family. I can't say enough good things about them.
Steve Wencel did a great job! We have purchased cars from Steve for many, many years and always appreciated his professional approach - even teaching our daughter how to drive a stick shift in her graduation VW Beatle! She is now in her mid 30s and, after a discussion with her father, went back to Steve and is very happy with her new Honda! Thanks Steve!

Rob Allard did a great job. He know we needed a car fast and did everything he could to get us in the right car as fast as he could. Even made sure it worked for me and my husband. What a great job the whole team did. I will be good back to get my next car for sure!!

I too appreciate John Mather, he's the best. I am happy with the service department as well The only thing I don't like is the way surveys (called Report Cards) are "managed." Please don't fill it in for me and say "If you can't check "Complete Satisfaction" please call."
