Mixed experience with Dr. Zimble I have mixed emotions about my family's relationship with Dr Zimble. She's a very competent doc but is condescending in tone. There were a number of times during our last visit that her non-verbal and verbal communication was that of parent to child (and my wife and I were the children). Like I said, mixed emotions. sorry I have to find a new doctor Agree with one of the reviews Billing person is terrible!! Won't be going back to the office because of her. However, Dr. Reinstein and Zimble are very good doctors.
Good Doctor - Just Check Billing! Only word of warning is we have had a few instances of billing irregularities. Sometimes we have been overcharged. On two occasions our insurance reimbursed the doctor (on money we should have received) but the office manager or office staff failed to notify us. If we didn't catch it, we wouldn't have known. Check your billing carefully.
Excellent Care - Recommendation with reservation We've been with Dr Zimble since my first daughter was born and love her. The office staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a quality healthcare professional for their child.
DR Reinstein is fantastic!!! My son is 4y old and I used to have Dr Zimble but changed to doctor Reinstein before he turned one. Dr Reinstein is fantastic! Super knowledgeable and my son loves him. He plays tricks to make the kids feel comfortable. Dr Zimble on the other hand is not as good and can be condescending. Overall very good office. The nurses are great, the sub doctors are very nice too and Dr Reinstein is amazing.
Wonderful Local Pediatrician Drs. Zimble and Reinstein are very nice, thorough and easy to get to. I never have trouble getting appointments or call backs. My children love going to the doctor because of their wonderful bedside manner. Both are on faculty at UCLA, but lucky for us, we don't have to drive over the hill.
