Hello my Zilya, I do haire for 30 years. I’ve done big salons small salons ,spas , and studios. As of now I am working in a small studio with my assistant one client at a time. I want my clients to look more beautiful when they leave my chair. I look at the hair as I canvas or sculpture sometimes we have to cut some things out and sometimes we have to add more hair where it needs it, or accentuate that shape was complementary color. Make Me Shave MY head BAD service and all – I don't know what salon the other reviewers went to but I went to Zilyas 3 time and it was 3 times too many. The service was horrible I was treated like a second class citizen. The snooty "im too good for you" attitudes the employees serve is too much for me. Amazing service, color, and cut – I just recently moved to the cities and was a little unsure of where to begin looking for a new salon. Best Service, Best Results – The stylists and staff of Zilya are 100% geared toward making the customer feel and look fabulous! I went in for a consultation and walked out with gorgeous extensions--which look and feel like my own hair!!! The Passion about what you do – After reading spunk123's review and being a frequent visitor at Zilya's for over a year now I couldn't stop myself from writing this review. I feel like Zilya's team is so extremely passionate about what they do. When they offer you to buy a product, it is not a sales offer. Good value – Overall it's a good value...although I feel pressured to purchase product when I am there. Don't really need the hard sell on product from the stylist, and custmer service team. The don't do a very good job on calling to confirm appts., and I'll called to cancel appts....which never get canceled. I would say overall good value...just be ready to have the sell on product.
If you want to look your best.....look no further – Zilya's Salon is simply great. Here you can trust the professionals to find your most flattering features and emphasize them with the best colour and cut for YOU. These guys are professional, friendly and CREATIVE!!!!!! Bring your credit card – Very expensive for just an average cut and color. I feel the value just isn't there. Also parking is somewhat of a challenge and the atmosphere is quiet - not alot of clients on both occasions I visited the salon.
