Well as a homeless person I found it quite and at night dense populous. This allowed me to meditate and enjoy the beauty of the night sky. I was not bother by not one single soul. I slept well. Thank you Zilker Park for being so accommodating, porta John's, running water, heck I can take a shower. Very nice. I recommend sophisticated homeless people to take advantage of the wonderful provisions.

Great open space with really nice, clean grass you can just lay out on. The hiking trail is also very soothing.

Not very disability friendly, Police not helpful allowing for parking for people with disabilities. Ignored us, oh well looks like it's in thing to do these days.. Austin is going main stream metropolis, it's loosing it's personality.
