Lived here for 2 years and loved every minute of it! Location is ideal for those wanting to be close to the action but tucked away from the city. Super convenient and easy access to trails, festivals and springs or a brisk 25 or so minute walk to downtown! All maintenance requests when needed where handled quickly and management was very good about communicating with tenants! The community is lovely and would recommend to anyone wanting a studio to live here!

Loved living here for 2+ years! Great location to everything but still tucked away and quiet from the hustle and bustle. The space is updated inside and though small on paper, the layout doesn't make it feel that way at all. Was perfect and cozy till my household needed a bit more space. The management was always super friendly also and if ever needed anything they were there to assist quickly. Highly recommend this property especially if single and wanting to be close to all the best of Austin!
