The new owners made a bunch of my favorite barista's quit amongst a few other things. I come here literally almost everyday and have for over a year now. I'm so upset that this has even gone on- I genuinely might consider not going here anymore. One late morning I came in and the new owner was being rude and and loud about something incredibly petty while I was getting my coffee. I could here her all the way in the drive through. One of my favorite Ziggi's locations. As a Ziggi's VIP member for years and latte connoisseur, this place DELIVERS! Great service, great food and drinks, fast fast fast. Great job ya'll!
Great coffee shop
Went at 5:30am on June 19, 2025, didn't catch the lady's name working the register but she was super super nice and why I'm leaving a comment. Never had ziggi's before but this lady made a good impression and good coffee, talked to my husband and I while we waited. I don't normally tip at drive thru coffee places, but I did with her because she was bubbly and made the start of the day nice.
I have been trying to cut coffee out of my life, as amazing as it is at Ziggy's! What I am having the hardest time cutting out is the customer service that I get when I go. The folks that work at this specific location keep me coming back no matter how hard I try to tell myself no. They are super friendly, they always make me smile, if I'm having a bad day, I know going to Ziggy's we'll always make it better.
