I really want to love Ziggi’s, but the new cups are a mess. They’re so flimsy that frequently when picked up, the lid pops off and it spills everywhere just from picking it up, especially with a large size. The Memorial location has also been out of energy drinks multiple times, even the zero ones, and seems consistently understaffed. This morning took 45 minutes in the drive-thru when it’s usually 20. Tried Ziggi's for the first time today and I am so glad I did. My Mocha was absolutely delicious and the sizes are generous. The staff was super friendly and cheerful. The experience made a lovely start to my day! ☺️
I just love this place and the ladies who work here! I just wish the owner would order supplies I haven't been stopping here because for about 2 months now they have nothing. :( I feel bad for the workers having to tell everyone they are out of almost everything. Whoever owns this place is really screwing it up. I hope they can get it back on track! :) I gave it a 5 star because the workers are amazing and when they have supplies it is amazing!

I don’t understand why the last couple times i went to get a drink from here they were closed an hour before the closing time that was listed online. It’s really annoying, that they don’t stay open until the actually closing time thats advertised
