Always a good time. The staff are always nice and friendly. Very lovely atmosphere.
I asked for the same drink modification I have gotten here for years & got refused saying "it wasn't consistent with the recipe" which of course it wasn't, thats why its a modification. I got argued with by a manager & she even complained over the speaker about the old staff doing my drink the way I ask for it, she was just rude & unprofessional. If you order online and make you walk up to the walk up window when the drive-through is clearly available and it not busy ridiculous service
If someone pulls up at 6:02 with all the open signs on. Let's us order then tells us that you're closed. If you're closed then turn your open signs off and don't let me order you should start with "sorry we are closed"
Great drinks, but they messed mine up this time.
