had a long and difficult day at work and decided to treat myself to ziggi's. ordered a medium matcha, went to the window, paid, and received my drink. as soon as i received it i realized i forgot to ask for oat milk with it. the barista asked me what was wrong, i told her, and she offered to remake it no questions asked. i was very apologetic, but she was happy to help remake it even though it was my fault i forgot to ask for oat milk. really shining example of good customer service! i will certainly be a regular customer in... read more

Everyone Is So Friendly And Amazing
I've been coming to this Ziggi's regularly for over four years and it's my favorite coffee shop. The owner and staff are very friendly and provide great service, as well as a quality product. It is and always has been a clean and comfortable place to be at.
