This is an excellent place to catch up on emails while enjoying some awesome coffee and food! If you need a good recommendation on what to order, just ask Hailey. She’s an artist with customer service and a master of the menu! Highly recommend this Ziggy’s!
The manager this morning was completely out of line and should not be working in customer service. I ordered two kids’ drinks, and she asked if I wanted them hot, iced, or blended. When I said iced, she immediately told me she couldn’t do iced — then why even ask? Her tone was rude and her attitude was unacceptable. Terrible experience.
