The worst experience ever!I was desperate for a good hairstylist and thought that I can find one at ZigZag.Long story short,AGNIESZKA was one of the girls helping me (her work station is first behind the reception) was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable,she literally made me cry,you're not supposed to talk to any client that way, her tone of voice clearly gave me to understand that it was a bad idea to come to that place ,her attitude was so unprofessional ,she has no idea what "customer service" means.This was my... read more
