Take A Chance Ziffles has great ribs one night, and ok ribs the next night. When they are good, they are an 8.5 on a 10 scale, and when they are not so hot, I'd give them a 6 on a 10 scale because the sauce is good. Not sure, but they seem to be country style ribs with a lot of meat, but also a lot of fat. Try their sausage roll and don't forget a side of sauce for dipping.
YUM! Ziffles is a casual place to have a great lunch. The portions are very large, infact I was able to take home enough for lunch the next day., The sauce is marvelous(you have your choice of 3 types mild, medium and hot) and the French Fries are great and hand cut. The menu is large and the service is good. I like the rolls of paper towels on the tables( you will need them). Prices are good and I have never been diappointed here.
