A review from the Great White North My wife, daughter and I were on vacation and stepped in there Fri. August 13/2010 around 3pm .We were on our way home to Winnipeg from down East Canada.The service was very good. Had the snack pak and a couple of Pints. The ribs were very good!!!!.The waitress was the owner's daughter--very pleasant--Bought a couple of teeshirts. Would recommend this restaurant for good food and fairly cheap prices. The French fries were a little too salty though ---Larry Ziffle- Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Ziffle's Rib Bar is good with good waitress Went to ziffles on saturday two times in last couple months. unfortuntly we had the same waitress. She was rude and our drinks were empty for a long time, besides she was talking so much to a bar patron that we waited 30 minutes to pay and money was on table! Our ribs were wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasent. we will try it again and ask for a different waitress. i think she is new, havent seen her in the past years. training would help.

Great7 I disagree with the review saying todd dennis is rude. I go into ziffles all the time and the entire dennis family is very gracious and make you feel like you're part of the family the food is great and so is the service. It feels like home to me.

What can I say? I'm a fan The fried pickles are scrumptious, the combo basket combines the best of both worlds (chicken breast and ribs) all slathered in tasty sauce, the service is good stuff and they serve Dr. Pepper. What more can I ask for?

Take A Chance Ziffles has great ribs one night, and ok ribs the next night. When they are good, they are an 8.5 on a 10 scale, and when they are not so hot, I'd give them a 6 on a 10 scale because the sauce is good. Not sure, but they seem to be country style ribs with a lot of meat, but also a lot of fat. Try their sausage roll and don't forget a side of sauce for dipping.

SAUSAGE ROLLS their sausage rolls are awesome. the whole ones are big. great even the next day in the microwave! youll always have left overs with the whole ones. we have green pepper and onion added to ours and its great!

Take out please Had Ribs and sasuage roll, sasuage roll was under cooked. Ribs were great. New managment horrible asked my husband if he goes to resturants and orders stuff but doesn't eat it. Both Daughter and Husband got sick from roll.

Rude Manager (Todd Dennis) Ziffles Rib Bar Fort Wayne, IN Manager Todd Dennis is a very rude individual. I had the worst experience ever. One of his waiters made a mistake and enters the wrong order. I then tried to get my order fixed, but the restaurant grill had been shut down due to closing. So, I decided to keep the meal, once I got the meal home the meat was burnt and the cole slaw was warm. YUM! Ziffles is a casual place to have a great lunch. The portions are very large, infact I was able to take home enough for lunch the next day., The sauce is marvelous(you have your choice of 3 types mild, medium and hot) and the French Fries are great and hand cut. The menu is large and the service is good. I like the rolls of paper towels on the tables( you will need them). Prices are good and I have never been diappointed here.
