Horrible Experience!! Please stay away from this builder. Once they received my earnest money they went ghost on me. I was lied to about estimated time of completion and amenities the home would have. When I asked for my $500 earnest money back they had the audacity to keep it. By all means go with this builder if you want to be ripped off.
Won't sell the home to us since we won't use their crooked preferred lenders. The preferred lenders consistently lied.
Zia homes has been great. Ashley and Randy have gone above and beyond to help us build our dream home.
Zia Homes has been nothing but great for my family. Having a home build from the ground up allowed us to select our desired lot. We will be moving from California, where everything is an upgrade when buying a house. It's great to know that at Zia Homes practically everything is included in your new home. We are so excited to move in!

Don’t waste your time or money with these inept condescending liars. Zia Homes was a great disappointment. During construction, I brought to their attention a completely flawed and inadequate job done to the master bathroom and they said they would take care of it. And I periodically reminded them of the error and still they did nothing to remedy the issue. As we got closer to the closing date, they then attempted a correction, but their “fix” made it worst.
